Maple Tree Inn

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great location! I came for a work trip for more than a week and this was a perfectly comfortable and pleasant stay. Several restaurants, grocery stores and department stores within walking distance. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options for vegetarians.

Good value. Price reasonable, room is nice for the price, breakfast included, pool outside.

Good rooms just a bit small. Laundry room is dated. Pancake machine needs more instructions and flexibility. Shuttle was not in service for the super bowl...

I can highly recommend the Maple Tree Inn. My nearly week long stay was pleasant. My only complaint is the EV charging is criminally expensive. DO NOT use their chargers. The DC chargers in the area are cheaper. They need to lower the price by at least .20¢ kWh. During my stay in Oct. 2025 the prices were .60¢ kWH plus a session fee of $2!

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms are functional and relatively well equipped with a microwave and fridge. Knocking off a star because I found a random man’s underwear under the bed which made me question how well the room was truly cleaned. The pool looked nice and clean. The gym was basic but functional. We opted for this hotel because booking.com said there was “good breakfast”, but we were a bit disappointed by it, there were scrambled eggs, sausage and inedibly burnt tater tots on both days. I did like the miso soup though. The lady at the reception was nice and accommodated my room change request. All in all, good experience.

As the other Bay area hotels, other than sound proofing issues - this is a decent place. I could hear the next door person snoring in the middle of the night

This is a good, solid hotel. Modest, comfortable, and exactly what it aims to be. It’s not a luxury or high-end property, nor does it pretend to be. The hotel could benefit from some renovations, especially the corridor carpets, which were worn out and even caused my luggage wheels to get stuck a few times. The rooms are a good size, and the beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The walls, however, are a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear conversations from the neighboring room. The bathroom was decent, though I did experience an issue with the shower — it only produced hot water regardless of the temperature setting. On the positive side, the value for money is great. The room rate includes both a breakfast buffet and parking, which makes it a solid choice overall. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is simple but satisfying: toast and pastries, fresh fruit (apples or oranges), eggs with ham or peppers, rice and soup, yogurts (Chobani), and even a fun pancake-making machine that’s enjoyable to watch in action.

We had ants in our bathroom. The breakfast used to be much better. The spa was not hot, so we weren't able to use it after our long drive.

What a wonderful hotel to stay! We stayed Saturday night, April 19th for one night only to attend out granddaughter's conversion at our Lady of Peace Church. Upon our arrival we were given a nice room which was easy for us to get to on the main floor and such a beautiful room which had everything you could have asked for for comfort. So clean, inviting and nicely decorated. Soap and conditioner in the shower and pristine, small fridge, microwave and hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the closet. Also dog friendly as we have a little Chiweenie where she accompanied us to the breakfast room Easter morning. We couldn't believe all the food that was offered at breakfast for Easter morning and with a beautiful view looking out at the pool. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, bagels, and more with juice and coffee too. How incredible to go to that extent for their guests. I feel when a business has served you in a way that makes you feel the way we did, they deserve a wonderful review! Thank you Maple Tree Inn. We will stay with you again when in the area and hopefully a longer stay next time!

Very well located for business trips in Silicon Valley. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. Decent small gym. The breakfast was very disappointing and not recommended.
